In This World recently won a Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival, and we can see why as we follow two teenage Afghanistan boys on a journey of discovery across Europe as they head for a new life in England.

Winterbottom is a remarkably fine, observant director and here he brings us a gem of a film.

It recently won a Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival, and we can see why as we follow two teenage Afghanistan boys on a journey of discovery across Europe as they head for a new life in England.

Winterbottom follows them with an eye for the small details of life, with a deep and moving compassion and an understanding of just how difficult life can be. It is such a 'real' film that it has a strong documentary feel to it.

Catch it, and wallow in a classic.
