Aniston knows how to be a friend

Jennifer Aniston was horrified when she heard that co-star James Michael Tyler’s wife Barbara had been hurt when she was mugged at gunpoint while getting out of her car in Hollywood.

Jennifer has known James, who plays the love-struck Günter in Friends, since the show began nine years ago.

Mrs Brad Pitt, now co-starring in the new Jim Carrey movie Bruce Almighty, quickly sent an expensive basket of exotic fruit and a get-well card to Barbara expressing her love and concern.

She then followed up the gift with a personal call to make sure Barbara was recovering from her ordeal.
