New boss at NI film commission helm

Richard Williams takes over as Chief Executive of the Northern Ireland Film and Television Commission, replacing Richard Taylor, who heads off to New Zealand.

Williams is a qualified solicitor with several years newspaper management experience behind him.

More recently he worked for the highly-successful Brian Waddell Productions company in Holywood in County Down and executive produced a number of TV shows.
