I'm a celebrity - spell my name right!

Embarrassed TV chiefs had to amend an ad for survival show I’m A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! today – after misspelling contestants’ names.

Trailers for the show, screened for the past few days, have incorrectly featured both Danniella Westbrook and Phil Tufnell’s names.

The ad for the jungle show, which begins on Monday, is being changed.

Danniella’s name had been spelt “Daniella” while Tufnell was given as “Tuffnel”.

A spokeswoman for programme maker Granada said: “The mistake has been rectified. I’m sure the contestants will have more important things to worry about than spelling.

“They are now on their way to the Australian jungle. We wish them all luck with the series.”
