Farrell looking forward to fatherhood

Irish hell-raiser Colin Farrell says he “cannot wait” for the birth of his baby – but he is unsure whether he is ready for fatherhood.

“I don’t know about that,” he tells USA Today.

The Dublin-born actor confirmed that model Kim Bordenave is expecting his baby in six months’ time, but, he said, the couple are not dating.

Farrell, who will begin filming Alexander, Oliver Stone’s epic film biography of the young Macedonian king in July, is first heading for Toronto to film A Home At The End Of The World, based on the novel by The Hours author Michael Cunningham. He calls the story of an unusual love triangle, “really beautiful”.
