Day Lewis favourite to pick up Bafta
Irish actor Daniel Day Lewis is the only Irish hopeful in tonight's Bafta awards in London.
The Gangs of New York star, who has connections in Ballintubber County Laois, is nominated for best actor alongside Michael Caine and Jack Nicholson.
