J-Lo moving in with Robert Redford in new movie

Veteran actor Robert Redford is to play Jennifer Lopez’s father-in-law in a new movie.

Redford has been cast to star alongside Lopez in An Unfinished Life for director Lasse Hallstrom, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The film centres on a down-on-her-luck woman who is desperate to care for her daughter, forcing her to move in with her estranged father-in-law.

Through time, they learn to forgive each other and heal old wounds. Production is due to begin in the spring.

Lopez last starred in Maid In Manhattan and has two new films set for release this year which she made with fiance Ben Affleck.

Redford, who starred in Spy Game with Brad Pitt, appears next in The Clearing with Willem Dafoe.

He is also due to make a follow-up to the 1972 Oscar-winner The Candidate in which he played a US senate candidate.
