Justin still loves Britney

Pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake has confessed he still loves ex-girlfriend Britney Spears and may never recover from their bitter break-up.

The NSync star said that, despite reports blaming him, the Princess of Pop was responsible for their split earlier this year.

“I may not ever get over her,” he told Rolling Stone magazine.

“I do have to come to the realisation that I might never recover. I really do still love that girl.”

Timberlake’s video for his single Cry Me a River shows him being cheated on by a girl with a striking resemblance to Spears.

And the 21-year-old suggested the film was a case of art imitating life.

“I mean she (Spears) has a beautiful heart, but if I’ve lost my trust in someone, I don’t think it’s right for me to be with them.”

Timberlake, who is now dating actress Alyssa Milano, said he had twice had his heart broken before by girls he went out with at school.
