Nell McAndrew releases keep fit video

Nell McAndrew says she really enjoyed making her new fitness video.

The video, called Nell McAndrew Peak Energy, goes on sale today.

"I train all the time and for the past four or five years I've been going to a class called Peak Energy" McAndrew says.

"I was asked to make this video and I said this was what I wanted to do."

"We got my friends from the class involved, actually half of them I'd never spoken to before!" she added.
