Hurley refuses £1.8m child support

Liz Hurley has refused to accept Steve Bing's £1.8m (€2.8m) financial support offer for their son Damian.

The actress and model says the money is "not wanted or welcome".

Earlier, the millionaire said he would pay £100,000 (€155,000) a year in "financial provision" for Damian - who was born earlier this year - until he reaches 18.

The film producer said he was "delighted" to make "generous provision" for the youngster.

Hurley's statement said: "I have always made it perfectly clear to Stephen Bing, the father of my son Damian, that I don't want any financial help from him whatsoever."
