Spider-Man creator files lawsuit against Marvel

Spider-Man creator Stan Lee has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Marvel Entertainment claiming that the company is cheating him out of millions of dollars in movie profits.

Lee, the writer who came up with the Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk and Daredevil characters, claims he didn’t receive his share of the profits from the Spider-Man film, which was directly based on his creation.
