Bid to block Madonna's movie swept away

Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s film Swept Away will hit US cinemas after all – now that a man has failed in a court bid to block its release.

The remake of a 1974 Italian film will be released this Friday after a Los Angeles judge refused Vincent D’Onofrio's request for an injunction.
