Channel 4 to show 100 Most Thrilling Films poll

Harrison Ford is to present a run down of the 100 most thrilling films on Britain's Channel 4 later this month.

100 Years...100 Thrills will be shown on October 26.

The list of 100 of the most thrilling American films was compiled by the American Film Institute.

They asked leading directors, actors, cinematographers, screenwriters and film historians to chose their favourites.

Also featured in the programme are contributions from the likes of Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Martin Scorsese, Samuel L Jackson, Lucy Liu and Sandra Bullock.
