Graham Coxon confirms he's left Blur

Graham Coxon claims he was kicked out of Blur for having a mental breakdown.

None of the other members of the band have ever confirmed his departure.

But in an interview with Q magazine he admits he's no longer part of the group.

Coxon says he went into psychiatric hospitals twice last year with drink and depression problems.

He says he left Blur last month after their manager told him in a phone call.

"It was something to do with my attitude.

"Although I felt I was going about my work honestly, perhaps they mistook honesty for attitude".

He denies having fallen out with the other members of the band.
