Kemp still asked when he will be back

Martin Kemp says he's "amazed" to find that some people don't seem to realise that his EastEnders character has been bumped off.

Says Martin: "I get people shouting at me in the street saying: `So when are you coming back, then?` Like I'm going to come back from a car that exploded around me!"

Martin's bad boy character Steve Owen met a sticky end, earlier this year, when his character Steve Owen failed to escape from a burning BMW.
