Party girl Tara becomes footballers' wife

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has been signed up to appear in the new series of Footballers’ Wives, it was announced today.

The party girl will play herself in the glitzy drama after producers spotted her star potential on I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Details of her cameo role are being kept under wraps but there are rumours she will turn up on the arm of one of the fictional footballers.
