Rod Stewart's son jailed for attack
Rod Stewart's son has been sentenced to 90 days in prison and ordered to undergo drug rehabilitation.
It is after he pleaded no contest to attacking a man outside a Malibu restaurant.
Sean Stewart, 22, was arrested after he was seen kicking the man in the face and stomach, according to LA prosecutors.
Actor Dean Cain and his brother broke up the fight, followed Mr Stewart after he fled in a car, then reported the attack to police.
Stewart was also sentenced to five years' probation and ordered to pay nearly £3,700 (€5,800) to the victim. He could have faced four years in prison.
In a separate case, Stewart was ordered to enter a drug rehabilitation programme, after pleading guilty to possessing a controlled substance near the Viper Room nightclub, in West Hollywood.
