Soderbergh and Clooney to produce new Mamet film

Steven Soderbergh and George Clooney are to produce a new film written by David Mamet.

Mamet is writing a script about gangster John Dillinger.

He previously wrote the script for The Untouchables.

The film is expected to be made by Boys Don't Cry director Kimberly Pierce, reports www.variety.com.
