I'm no diva, say Ozzy's girl

Singer Kelly Osbourne today denied she is turning into a diva after reports she made J-Lo style demands during her appearance on Top of the Pops.

Kelly was said to have insisted on six dressing rooms when she visited the TOTP studios last week to perform her new single Papa Don’t Preach.

But the 17-year-old daughter of rocker Ozzy said: “There aren’t even that many dressing rooms at Top of the Pops as far as I could see.

“I only had one dressing room and I could touch both walls at the same time.”

She was also reported to have demanded six litres of cola and 12 white towels in each room.

“I don’t drink cola. I only have bitter lemon and water. And what the f**k would I need a towel for? I only did one song,” she said.

Kelly was speaking before the MTV Awards in New York, where she presented a gong with rap star Nelly.

A spokeswoman for the star said she wanted to set the record straight.

“Kelly would never behave like a diva – appearing on Top of the Pops was a dream come true for her and she loved doing it,” she said.

Jennifer Lopez stunned TOTP bosses last year when she demanded 10 dressing rooms – specially redecorated in white muslin – and brought a huge entourage including three personal chefs.
