Chris Evans says he wants to stay behind the camera
Chris Evans says he's no longer interested in presenting TV shows.
He says he wants to work behind the scenes instead, reports BBC News.
Speaking at the Edinburgh Television Festival, Evans also said he like to buy his own TV station.
Evans will produce new shows for Channel 4 and Channel 5 this autumn.
But asked if he would be going back into TV presenting, Evans said: "No, I want to deal with all this stuff.
"Presenting is entirely different and trying to do both wouldn't work. It's more important for me to encourage everyone else and create talent."
Evans said it would be a natural progression for him to buy his own TV channel.
He said: "Scheduling a channel is just a bigger programme."
