Hugh learning to love Hurley baby

Liz Hurley says Hugh Grant is learning to love her baby son Damian.

Hurley's ex-boyfriend Hugh is the boy's godfather.

He has always claimed he didn't like babies and was bored being around them.

But Liz says that since Damian was born four months ago, the actor has been a regular visitor to her home in South Kensington, west London.

"He's seen quite a bit of Damian because he lives a few houses away from me still and I'm very honoured that he's a godfather.

"When he's been with him, he's pretty good with him. I mean, like me, he doesn't really know babies very well. It's new. Hugh has never really been familiar with any children.

"But, yeah, he does a little bit of coochy-cooing and he tickles him. He's great with him. He's sweet."

Liz told Hello! magazine she was so thrilled by motherhood that she wishes she had started having babies sooner.

"Now I kind of wish I had six! It's really strange, but it's true," she said. "It's enhanced every single part of my life. All I secretly want to do is go home and play with Damian.

"I had absolutely no idea that it could possibly be that lovely. And it's exactly what everybody said. I never really knew very many babies before and had hardly ever spent any time with them. But I just love him. It's heaven."
