Diana Ross scraps US tour dates

Diana Ross has cancelled the California leg of her North American tour because of health problems.

She was scheduled to appear at the Cerritos Centre for the Performing Arts on August 9 and 10.

The singer voluntarily entered a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre in Malibu in May.

The venue says it has been told by Creative Artists Agency that the state of her health makes it impossible for her to fulfill her touring obligations.
