5 million votes already cast in Big Brother final vote

Nearly 5.5million votes have already been cast in the final Big Brother vote.

BIg Brother's Little Brother presenter Dermot O'Leary revealed 5,438,452 votes have already been cast for either Jonny, Kate, Jade or Alex.
