Posters of the star's bottom have been plastered all over the London Underground to promote her new waxwork.

They feature a picture of her rear, complete with black see-through knickers and a string pull hanging down from her neck.

The ad reads: "Kylie now talks, at Madame Tussaud's."

Kylie's waxwork model, which was unveiled yesterday, shows the star in a provocative, all-fours pose.

The museum admits its advertising campaign is "a bit raunchy" but is delighted with the media coverage it has attracted.

In October Madame Tussaud's first waxwork of Sarah Michelle Gellar, the star of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, will be unveiled as part of a Halloween exhibit called Dracula's Escape from the Chamber of Horrors.

Visitors will be given a stake and cloves of garlic in order to help Buffy find Dracula among actors dressed as the vampire.
