Mark Morrison gives himself up

Mark Morrison has given himself up to police after jumping bail on July 18.

The 30-year-old R 'n' B star was originally arrested on July 12 on suspicion of kidnap and car theft.

A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to present himself to answer charges at Paddington police station in west London.

A police officer has been arrested and charged with accepting a bribe to grant the star bail, although a spokesman for Morrison denies the singer bribed anyone, according to reports.

Morrison claims the woman he is accused of abducting stole an £8,000 (€12,600) gold bracelet from him.
