Supermodel Naomi Campbell said she may not be able to leave drugs alone despite months of therapy to overcome her addiction, it emerged today.

Campbell is a regular at Narcotics Anonymous and sued the Daily Mirror earlier this year after it pictured her leaving a meeting.
