Will Smith seeks restraining order against former caretaker

Will Smith has taken out a restraining order against one of his former employees.

Court papers in Los Angeles say Smith and his wife, actress Jada Pinkett-Smith, have sought a restraining order against Mike Cooley.

They say Cooley was a caretaker of their property until he was fired last year.

The couple claim about a month ago Cooley began stalking the family and that he has approached their two children in a local park.

In their complaint, Smith and Pinkett-Smith accuse Cooley of using their children "as pawns in his attempts to extort money" reports www.nypost.com.
