Pregnancy wonderful, says Sarah Jessica Parker

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker, star of Sex And the City, has described her pregnancy a "wonderful surprise".

Parker, who won a Golden Globe earlier this year for her role as sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw in the hit show, got the news she was expecting a child in March.
