Chan to star in remake of Verne classic

Jackie Chan is to star in a remake of the classic film Around The World In Eighty Days, Variety reports.

Chan could begin filming the picture in the autumn after he completes Spyglass Shanghai Knights in which he stars opposite Owen Wilson.
