Stewart postpones gig

Rod Stewart has postponed his Dublin Show at Lansdowne Road tonight on doctors orders.

The veteran rock star's been forced off the stage because of an extremely severe sore throat.

He has been advised to rest for the next 24 hours.

The concert has been re-arranged for tomorrow night and the promoters say tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled concert, or can be refunded at the point of purchase.
