Bing is the father of Hurley's baby

DNA tests have proved that Hollywood producer Steve Bing is the father of Liz Hurley's baby son Damian.

The test results have been disclosed at a hearing in the Family Division of the High Court in London.

Lawyers for both parties were at the High Court for the result.

Bing is currently in the US and has declined to make any further comment.

Hurley has kept a relatively low profile since Damian's birth on April 4 at the private Portland Hospital in central London.

After leaving there she headed for Sir Elton John's secluded mansion in Windsor where she kept Damian away from the prying eyes of the Press.

She then jetted off to a friend's villa in Spain where she concentrated on bonding with her son and regaining her model figure.

But Hurley, who turned 37 last Monday, returned to the UK last week.

She turned up at a charity gala at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane in a skintight ivory gown.

Meanwhile Bing has further problems in the US where he is at the centre of another paternity case. He is alleged to be the father of four-year-old Kira Kerkorian after having an affair with her mother, Lisa Bonder.
