Navratilova 'will be a good mother'

Tennis champion Martina Navratilova said today she would be a ‘‘good, fun mother’’ but would have to adopt because she is too old to have her own children.

The 45-year-old lesbian, who won the Wimbledon singles title nine times, said she would wait for the time to be right before taking on the challenge of motherhood.
