Former East 17 singer jailed

Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey has been jailed for 56 days after breaching an injunction taken out by his estranged wife.

A spokeswoman for Essex Police said Harvey, 27, from St John's Road, Walthamstow, east London, was jailed at the Royal Courts of Justice.

He was arrested on Thursday having attended Loughton police station in Essex by appointment.

A police spokeswoman said: "He was jailed for breaching an injunction which was a non-molestation order taken out by his estranged wife Natasha."
