Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow today received mixed reviews for the first night of her West End debut.

Paltrow appears in the eagerly-awaited production of Proof, by David Auburn, at the Donmar Warehouse, playing Catherine, daughter of an ailing mathematician.
