Beckham admits he's 'an animal in bed'

David Beckham says his wife is so slim because he's an animal in bed.

He also says he finds Victoria even more attractive when she's pregnant.

The Manchester United star made his revelations to Marie Claire, after becoming the magazine's first male cover star.

In the interview, David denies rumours that Victoria underwent fertility treatment, saying the couple had been waiting for the right time to have a second child because of their hectic schedules.

He said: "I think it's one of the sexiest times in a woman's life when the little bump starts to appear. I find her really attractive when she is pregnant."

He also said that before Victoria became pregnant, he enjoyed "practising" for a while.

David added: "The truth is we both wanted another one. It was just a case of picking when to have another baby because we are so busy."

Asked if the reason for the former Spice Girl's slim figure was the fact that he was an animal in bed, David replied: "That's definitely one of the true ones!"

The soccer star, who posed for a series of sexy pictures for the magazine's June issue, said he was not only "comfortable" but "flattered" to be a pin-up and a gay icon.

The interview was conducted before the England star broke a bone in his left foot.
