Hot young stars team up for Irish film
Colin Farrell and Cillian Murphy, two of Ireland's hottest young stars, are to team up for Intermission, described as a black comedy set in contemporary suburban Dublin.
The movie, planned for a May start, is being made by Neil Jordan's Company of Wolves outfit and Alan Maloney of Parallel Films and will be directed by debutant theatre director John Crowley to a screenplay by Mark O'Rowe.
Meanwhile, Colin is in the up-coming film Minority Report. He stars alongside Tom Cruise and Samantha Morton for director Steven Spielberg. He says the film is a blast.
Already the Stateside trailer has been earning high praise so big things are expected when the movie itself hits the screen.
