Little Mo actress says she cried real tears
EastEnders star Kacey Ainsworth says she has cried real tears playing Little Mo.
Viewers will find out the verdict tonight in her trial for the attempted murder of her abusive husband Trevor.
Kacey has played harrowing scenes including being raped.
The actress told The Sun: "To portray these emotions correctly and get an audience to feel sympathy for the character you have to play it for real.
"If you are not crying real tears viewers just don't buy into it. So even though you are acting it, you do feel terrible."
Even Kacey doesn't yet know whether Little Mo will be found guilty tonight as the BBC has filmed several different endings to the trial.
