Anna Nicole wants €34m more
Lawyers for Anna Nicole Smith asked a judge to add up to €34m to the €60m she won last month from the estate of her late oil tycoon husband.
The lawyers said the money was interest Smith would have earned had she not had to wait for a ruling in the dispute over J Howard Marshall’s estate.
Smith’s stepson, who has opposed giving any money to the former Playboy Playmate, said he would challenge the initial judgment and any subsequent rulings.
‘‘When their client gets £4.2m (€6.8m) for every month of marriage and then goes back and asks for more, it is unbelievable,’’ said a spokesman for the stepson, Pierce Marshall.
