Foo Fighters release ultra-limited-edition single
The Foo Fighters have released only one copy of their new single in six different formats.
The One is taken from the soundtrack to the forthcoming film Orange County.
The video stars Tom Hanks' son Colin Hanks.
BMG has released one seven-inch single copy of The One, as well as one 10-inch, one 12-inch, one CD, one three-inch CD and one cassette.
Each format will carry a letter from the British Phonographic Institute certifying these are the only copies in existence.
They will all be given away to fans.
As well as winning the single fans will also meet the band and have their copy signed.
Radio 1 has already given away the seven-inch and CD copies.
London indie radio station XFM will give away the 12-inch copy on the Natasha Show tonight.
Kerrang! magazine is giving away the three-inch CD, Rocksound is giving away the 10-inch copy and CD:UK is giving away the cassette copy on Saturday.
The Foo Fighters are currently in the studio putting the finishing touches to their fourth album.
Orange County is released on July 12.
