Man charged with harassing Hurley

A man has been charged with harassing actress Liz Hurley just hours after she gave birth to a baby boy.

Petar Mihajlovic, 32, of no fixed abode, is set to appear at West London Magistrates Court.

Mihajlovic, whose occupation is unknown, is accused of harassment under section 2 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

The charge against him is that "on or before April 4, 2002 you carried out a course of conduct which you knew or believed amounted to harassment of Elizabeth Hurley."

Mihajlovic is understood to have been arrested outside Hurley's house in Chelsea, west London.

He was also detained by police outside the Austin Powers star's home in December.
