Underworld finish new album ready for September release

Underworld have completed recording their new album.

Karl Hyde and Rick Smith have been working on the album since the departure of Darren Emerson in 2000.

The album is scheduled for release in September.

Underworld will perform a handful of warm up shows throughout Europe this summer in preparation for their official live comeback at Creamfields on August 24, Rolling Stone reports.
