Rod Stewart to play Stormont

Rod Stewart will perform an open air concert at Belfast's Stormont Castle on July 27.

Tickets go on sale on March 22.

Previous open air concerts at Stormont have featured The Eagles, Elton John and Pavarotti.

Promoter Jim Aiken of Aiken Promotions said: "Rod Stewart has one of music's greatest and most distinctive voices and will undoubtedly give Stormont one of its best performances to date."
