Posh backs Will to win Pop Idol

Victoria Beckham is backing William Young to win Pop Idol.

But she says he and Gareth Gates are both great.

And she has warned whoever wins might face problems in the future as Hear'Say have done.

Posh Spice told GMTV: "I'd like Will to win. I think he has an amazing personality. He seems like a nice guy.

"I think they're both great though."

She said the Pop Idol winner would certainly have huge success to start with.

But she added: "I think it's going to be very difficult because then there will be a dip."

Posh also gave her seal of approval to husband David's new haircut.

"He's trying to grow it back. I like it though. It looks good," she said.

Victoria Beckham's new single Mind Of Its Own is out on Monday.
