Rula Lenska sorry for swearing on Richard and Judy

Rula Lenska has apologised after uttering an obscenity on Richard and Judy's Channel 4 teatime show.

The actress was heard to swear during an anecdote about EastEnders colleague Mike Reid.

She is one of the central characters in this week's EastEnders special set in Spain.

Richard and Judy interrupted Rula Lenska's story and said: "Oh sorry, we have to apologise for this."

Lenska added: "I'm terribly sorry."

The EastEnders special began tonight at 8pm on RTE1.
