Ricky and Bianca reunited for one-off show

Former EastEnders stars Sid Owen and Patsy Palmer were reunited today for a special one-off episode of the show.

Patsy quit her role as Bianca in 1999 and Sid, who played her husband Ricky Butcher, left six months later.

Cheating Bianca left Ricky for a new life in Manchester with their son Liam and today’s filming took place in the north-west city - the home of arch rival Coronation Street.

The hour-long special is to be shown later in the year.
