'Ferdy' to join Crossroads
Former This Life star Ramon Tikaram is to join the cast of Midlands soap, Crossroads, as the Kings Oak hotel welcomes three new faces.
Tikaram, who played gay motorcycle courier Ferdy, in the BBC2 hit drama, is to appear as a psychiatric nurse.
Other additions to the cast include Raine Davison, better known as Eve Birch, the teenager from hell in Emmerdale, who will feature as innocent young chamber maid, Abbie Baker.
And ex-Clocking Off actor Jonathan Wrather who joins the hotel as Sam Delaney as a charming and rugged new handyman.
