Norman Wisdom to appear at comedy festival

Norman Wisdom is to make a rare live appearance at this year's Leicester Comedy Festival.

Other artists lined up include Ross Noble, Tim Vine, Andy Parsons and Perrier Award winner Garth Marenghi.

The festival runs from February 8 to 17,and will feature more than 120 shows.

It will include special themed nights based around gay, Asian and black acts, and the annual new comic competition that has previously been won by the likes of Johnny Vegas and Jo Enright.
