Corrie's Tracy has in-flight bust-up with husband Robert

Coronation Street star Tracy Shaw had a bust-up with her husband on a flight from the Caribbean.

She is said to have been seen by fellow passengers rowing with husband Robert Ashworth.

The couple, who married last year, were returning business class from the Cayman Islands.

Tracy, who plays hairdresser Maxine Peacock in the TV soap, had been filming for ITV1's Wish You Were Here.

They had extended their flights after four days of filming to enjoy a holiday on the Caribbean island.

A Coronation Street spokeswoman said: "Like most couples Tracy and Robert have their ups and downs and they had a bit of a domestic dispute on board the plane.

"It was purely between the two of them and they had hoped it had not affected any of the passengers."

A British Airways spokesman said: "We have had no reports of any incidents on that flight."
