Faye Dunaway wants Al Pacino to co-star in new film

Faye Dunaway says she wants Al Pacino to co-star with her in a new film about the life of Maria Callas.

Dunaway is to star in and produce the film about the life of the Operatic diva.

She says she would like Al Pacino to play the part of Callas's partner, Greek tycoon Aristotle Onassis.

Dunaway announced plans for the film at the Italian Festival of Cinema in Capri, where she has been awarded a Legend prize for her career.
