Comic gets into spirit of new role

Funnyman Richard Blackwood is to make his acting debut in a new BBC comedy-drama, it was announced today - as a ghost.

The star, who had his own Channel 4 sketch show and has an upcoming Sky One chat show, will play the title role in Ed Stone Is Dead.
